Our concierge staff will be tasked with answering any inquiries from tenants, guests and trades. They will direct phone calls, aid in parcel deliveries, and focus on providing the best customer service!

Concierge staff will provide simple administrative duties, as well as security measures, to ensure the safety of the strata building. The concierge management service will enforce strata by-laws and rules to residents and monitor security cameras. They will also report any deficiencies to the property management. We also ensure our concierges work closely with the building staff to ensure a seamless operation.
