Our story
The EcoPlanet story began when our founder, Djuro Celic, immigrated to Canada from Yugoslavia in 1999. Starting with a part-time cleaning job, Djuro quickly progressed, seizing opportunities to learn and grow. By 2004 Djuro had embarked on a transformative path, founding his first cleaning company with a mission to redefine our industry through environmentally responsible cleaning practices.
Djuro’s aha! moment came with the realization that the marketplace was not yet offering what he envisioned. Djuro saw the potential of eco-friendly cleaning practices, not only to clean but to create a healthier, more sustainable world.
